Pastry, cookies, cakes, and breads that contain flours of this type as I have listed here with, just to help you improve on your health standard.
How About, Refined Grains:
Processed Breakfast cereals and cereal products,
White Rice and blanched or degermed grains are not good for your health either.
Pastas such as; Macaroni, Spaghetti, Noodles, and such related items, are not good. But
If they are made from whole wheat or Jerusalem artichoke please go ahead and enjoy yourself with them. Remember; we are talking of:
